Centr

Centr is a revolutionary fitness brand founded by none other than Chris Hemsworth, the famous actor known for his impressive physique. With Centr, Hemsworth turned his passion for health and wellbeing into an accessible ecosystem that helps people around the world work towards their fitness goals.

Growing up in Australia, Chris Hemsworth placed great importance on an active lifestyle. He played Australian rules football, surfed and went on adventurous trips through the outback. He quickly learned that good nutrition had a profound effect on his performance and overall wellbeing. But another crucial element shaped his journey: mental health. Hemsworth realised that a healthy connection between body and mind was vital for peak performance, and he was determined to share these insights with anyone who needed them.

With this goal in mind, Hemsworth began working with a team of experts in fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and wellbeing. Together, they developed a comprehensive programme that helps people train, eat and live in a healthy and balanced way.

Centr offers a wide range of training programmes, from strength training and cardio to yoga and meditation. The platform is designed to adapt to each user's individual needs and goals, with personalised training and nutrition plans.

What truly sets Centr apart is Chris Hemsworth's own involvement. He regularly shares his training routines, recipes and wellbeing tips with users of the platform. This creates a personal and motivating experience, with users feeling as though they are being guided directly by Hemsworth himself.

Alongside the training programmes, Centr offers an extensive library of recipes, meditation sessions and educational articles. The platform is designed to help people create a healthy lifestyle they can maintain over the long term.
