Ordering & Payment
Ordering via our webshop is extremely simple.
- Find your product using our search bar or through the menu.
- Once you have made a selection, place the product in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
- You will then see an overview of your order, including an indication of the delivery time. Please note - you can always specify later in the process if you wish to receive your product on a different day.
- Click "Complete order"
- You will then see an overview of your billing and delivery address. If this is incorrect, you will have the option to change it to your preference.
- Choose a shipping method. We will typically ship our products with our carrier, however, you also have the option to pick them up at our warehouse.
- Choose your preferred payment method. An overview can be found further down this page.
- If desired, indicate in the "Remarks" field that you wish to receive the product at a different time.
- Accept our terms and conditions.
- Click "Buy" once you have filled in everything to your satisfaction.
- You will be redirected to our payment provider. Follow the instructions there and you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order and payment.
- After this, you will receive a separate email with Track & Trace details.
If you have inadvertently filled in something incorrectly, please send us an email at orders@nrgfitness.nl and we will correct it for you.
We do not charge any additional fees on top of the actual costs of the payment provider.
We offer the following payment methods:
iDEAL
Perhaps the most well-known payment method in the Netherlands. Almost all banks are connected to it, and processing is virtually instant, it is very secure and free of charge for the consumer.
You pay no extra costs with this method.
Klarna
Pay afterwards via Klarna! Order your item via our webshop and receive the invoice from Klarna. You then have 14 days to pay. We offer this service for customers from the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, and Finland. For orders €100 and above, we do not charge extra fees; below this amount, you pay 2.99% + a fixed fee of €1.00 per transaction.
Apple Pay
Safe and, above all, very fast payment with your Apple device.
Payconiq
Payconiq is an electronic payment system in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, intended for paying friends or in shops using a smartphone.
Bancontact / Mister Cash
For our Belgian customers, we have included the Belgian market leader in electronic payments, Bancontact, in our offering. Previously, Bancontact was also known as Mister Cash. These payment options have now been merged by the group.
You pay no extra costs with this method.
Carte Bancaire
Carte Bancaire is a widely used French payment method and is broadly accepted for both online and physical payments in France.
You pay no extra costs with this method.
Credit Card
Pay quickly and easily with your credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:

Credit card payments are free of charge.

Pay 1/3 today via iDEAL. You pay the second and third installments within 30 and 60 days. Without interest.
