Meet Centr's Core Kit: a complete set of equipment for training your core. It is designed to strengthen and tone your abdominal and back muscles.

The different pieces let you adapt your routine to your needs and preferences, and train muscle groups beyond your core.

The kit includes a fitness ball, a 2.72 kg slam ball, an ab wheel and a pair of core sliders with booties for use on multiple surfaces. Together, they give you the essentials for a range of core-strengthening exercises at home, whether you're building core strength or working on endurance with a HIIT workout.
