Vacancy 1: Order & Logistics Specialist (International) – Full-time

About the position
As an Order & Logistics Specialist (International), you are the connecting factor between our customers, suppliers, and the warehouse. You ensure that orders from all over Europe are processed, planned, and delivered smoothly.
You will work with strong and fast-growing brands such as Centr, Centr x HYROX, Toorx Professional, and RDX Sports. The explosive growth of the HYROX movement, in particular, generates new inquiries from all over Europe daily. You ensure that these inquiries are seamlessly translated into efficient order and logistics processing.
In short: without you, the process stops.
What will you be doing?
- Receiving and processing orders from national and international customers;
- Planning and coordinating transports and logistical processes;
- Daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email;
- Preparing and following up on quotations, including logistics costs and handling;
- Advising customers on products and logistical possibilities;
- Supporting resellers and account managers;
- Monitoring order progress and ensuring correct administrative processing;
- Acting as a link between the office and the warehouse for efficient execution.
You will work from our office in Halsteren, in a compact and committed team with short lines of communication and a high pace.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in a commercial internal sales and/or logistics function;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- You are proactive, stress-resistant, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
- You adapt quickly and work accurately;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office;
- Affinity with fitness and sports is a plus.

Vacancy (2): Technical Service & Support Employee Fitness Equipment
Are you technically inclined, solution-oriented, and do you enjoy working with fitness equipment? Then we have a great position for you at NRG-Fitness in Halsteren.
As a Technical Service & Support Employee, you help customers with malfunctions, technical questions, and solutions for fitness equipment. You investigate problems, make diagnoses, and work with colleagues and technicians to get equipment working properly again.
You mainly work from our business in Halsteren, where there is room to really investigate equipment and practically work on solutions. Sometimes you also go on-site for a repair, installation job, or project. As a result, no week is the same.
What will you be doing?
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing fitness equipment
- Helping customers with technical questions and problems
- Managing and supporting technicians with service jobs
- Coming up with and implementing solutions with colleagues
- Practically working on equipment in our workshop
- Occasionally going to customers for repairs, installations or projects
Our customers are very diverse: from gyms and physiotherapy practices to hotels, companies, and private individuals.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is technically curious and enjoys solving problems. You don't need to have experience with fitness equipment; we'd be happy to teach you. A technical foundation is important, however.
You are a good fit for us if you:
- Have a technical education or experience in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields
- Think solution-oriented
- Are handy and enjoy practical work
- Can communicate well with different types of customers
- Take responsibility for your work
- Speak Dutch well and have a basic command of English
Whether you have just completed your technical education or already have experience in service, maintenance, or assembly: we primarily look at what you are good at. There is a lot of room within this role to shape your own position.

Working hours
