Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €40. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of €8.95 applies. Shipping to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain is also possible. Shipping costs are based on the product's weight and dimensions. This will be visible during the checkout process.

Parcels and pallets with DHL.

We ship all our pallets and parcels with DHL.

Smaller parcels can also be delivered to a service point near you. This means you don't have to stay at home and can pick them up at your convenience. You can select this option during checkout, where you can also choose your preferred service point.

You will receive a track & trace link via the email address provided so you can follow your shipment. Within the Netherlands, our carriers deliver approximately 98% within one business day, and for parcels up to 20 kg, Saturday is a standard delivery day. If you order from us before 4:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. So, if you order a parcel weighing less than 20 kg on Friday at 3:30 PM, you will receive it on Saturday. Within Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, DHL typically takes two business days to deliver your shipment.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can use the track and trace system to specify that you wish to receive the package at a different time. DHL FOR YOU and BPOST will attempt delivery up to 4 times. If this is not successful, DHL or BPOST will deliver the package the next day to a nearby DHL or BPOST ServicePoint. DHL or BPOST will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card, you can use the track and trace to see where your package will be delivered. With PostNL, you can choose your own delivery time via the app.

Larger packages and pallets are sent via DHL's business network (DHL EUROPLUS). They typically make two delivery attempts. Please note - DHL delivers to the first door, on the ground floor. They only deliver on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If this is not suitable, you can always contact us to arrange an additional delivery attempt in consultation. If that also doesn't work, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest terminal. You can pick it up there between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
