The Centr Perform Series Ski Machine is designed for demanding use in professional training spaces and for athletes who expect high performance. Its compact footprint, sturdy commercial-grade construction and air resistance system that responds to your effort make it suitable for conditioning and functional workouts.

Live feedback for performance training
The illuminated LCD console displays key information during your session, including pace, strokes per minute, calorie burn and distance. It also shows time, average time per 500 metres, average watts, heart rate, calories per hour, distance per 30 minutes, cycle, pulse, drag and watts. Alongside 7 pre-programmed training programmes, these metrics support interval work, pacing sessions and full-body training.

Designed for frequent use
The reinforced steel construction is built for repeated, heavy use. Ergonomic handles on the pull cords support a natural pulling motion, helping reduce shoulder strain while allowing you to generate force. Its compact design suits studios, gyms and performance spaces where efficient use of room matters. A phone holder on the console and Bluetooth heart-rate connection add practical features.

For conditioning and functional workouts
The integrated air resistance responds to your effort, while 10 damper settings let you adjust the feel of the workout. Use the machine for demanding conditioning blocks, progressive cardio, HIIT and interval sessions. It can suit athletes at different levels and training environments, including functional fitness and endurance work.

Guided training with Centr Coach
The machine is suitable for home gyms, studios and commercial training facilities. Your purchase includes 30 days of guided training through Centr Coach to help you get started.
