Meet Centr's Fitness Kit, a versatile set for full-body workouts at home, in the gym or on the go. It brings together the essentials for resistance training and comes with a handy travel bag.

Mix and match the equipment to suit your routine and training goals, whether you want to strengthen, tone and stretch your muscles.

The kit includes 3 fabric resistance bands, 5 fitness tubes, 2 ankle straps, 2 D-handles, a door anchor, a yoga mat and a travel bag. Together, they offer options for push and pull exercises, even in a small space. Use the set to build muscle or work on endurance with a HIIT-style workout.
