The Centr Perform Series Rower is designed for athletes and training facilities that need equipment for frequent, demanding sessions. Its commercial-grade frame pairs air resistance with 10 adjustable resistance levels, so you can tailor each session to your pace, power and training goals. It is suited to home gyms and professional settings alike.

Responsive rowing with clear training data
The rower delivers a smooth, natural feel and responds directly to the force of each stroke. Use it for interval sessions, HIIT, steady-state cardio or structured conditioning. The illuminated LCD console displays strokes per minute, time, watts, calories and distance in real time, with further data to support pacing, repeated intervals and planned training progressions.

Built for regular use
The sturdy frame supports a maximum user weight of 160 kg. A contoured, thickly padded PU foam seat provides comfort for short, powerful efforts and longer aerobic sessions. Quality bearings and a pull chain contribute to a smooth rowing action. Bluetooth heart-rate connectivity and a phone holder add everyday convenience.

For cardio and full-body training
The air resistance responds to your effort: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. With 10 levels to choose from, you can set the rower up for endurance work, hard intervals, HIIT or functional sessions that engage the whole body.

Includes guided Centr Coach training
Your purchase includes 30 days of guided training through Centr Coach, so you can get started with a plan from your first session. The Centr Perform Series Rower suits athletes and facilities looking for a robust rower with measurable training data.
