Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax or email). You can use the NRG model form or the European Model Form for withdrawal, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. Free returns via NRG
If you first register the return with us, you can use our reply number/return label or a pick-up. You can easily register your return via our Click here to dissolve the agreement. Please note: these options are optional. You may also return the item to our return address on your own initiative and via a carrier of your choice.

Option 1: we will send you a free DHL shipping label (reply number). You must print this yourself. You can then drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop in the Netherlands or a BPOST collection point in Belgium. If you use our reply number/return label, please note that the risk of return shipment remains with you as the consumer. If the product is lost during the return, this is your risk. We therefore recommend (for higher order values) to insure your shipment and keep a proof of shipment.

Option 2: we arrange a free pick-up at the address you provide. Please note - picking up your product can only be done during the day (between 08:00 and 18:00). To make this easy, you can also provide an address other than your home address, we will do the rest.
We can only book a pick-up if the package weighs more than 31kg or the dimensions are larger than 2m x 1m x 1m.

Send us an email at bestellen@nrgfitness.nl with your address details and order number and your choice, and we will respond within 24 hours (please note - within working days). If you wish to return the products on your own initiative without prior notice (for example, via a carrier of your choice), the direct costs of returning the goods will be for your own account. The costs for large packages that cannot be returned by regular post will then be approximately €75. Even when returning on your own initiative, the risk of return shipment remains with you as the consumer, as long as the package has not yet arrived with us. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment and consider insurance for higher order values.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
