With the RDX W5 Gel Lifting Hook Straps (red) you get lifting hooks built for pulling heavier with more control. Ideal for bodybuilding, powerlifting and serious pull days: you take the load off your grip, support your wrists and keep more focus on your back, hamstrings and traps through deadlifts, rows and pulldowns.

Why these aren't standard straps
Where ordinary straps mainly wrap around the bar, the W5 combines a hook design with well-judged grip materials. You lock onto the bar faster and can keep training for longer without your forearms giving out first.

Shell Shock GEL™: wrist support against pressure and impact
The Shell Shock GEL™ padding supports your wrists through heavy sets and helps spread the pressure more evenly. That feels more comfortable under high loads and makes long pulling sessions easier – particularly on heavy rack pulls, shrugs and high-rep rows.

Grip Flex™ and rubber strap: non-slip grip and more security
With Grip Flex™ and a rubber strap with an anti-slip finish you get extra traction on the bar. Less slip means more security on every rep and a steadier feel, even as the pace picks up or your hands get sweaty.

Moisture control and anti-microbial fabric
The fabric is made for moisture control and has anti-microbial properties. That helps keep your hands drier and limits sweat and odour build-up through intensive training.
