The Toorx PRX-3000 wall-mounted single pulley is very straightforward to install and has covers for added safety. The covers carry mirrors, so both the user and a coach can follow the movement from any angle - and you get a mirror in your training space at the same time. The 50 kg weight stack adjusts in 20 increments of 2.5 kg. Total dimensions of this wall-mounted pulley are just 636 x 165 x 1980 mm.

PRX-3000 / PRX-3500 – Actual lat pulldown resistance
The actual resistance delivered by the weight stack at the handle was measured using a dynamometer.
The test was performed with the dynamometer stabilised on the floor, approximately 1.5 m from the lat pulldown pulley. The pulley was set at its lowest position, so the pulling cable ran horizontally and straight.
The table shows all recorded values.
