The TOORX ERX-650 Elliptical has a magnetic braking system with 24 levels of electronic resistance control, giving you full control over your session. With a 16 kg flywheel, the elliptical gives a smooth, natural pedalling action, so you feel the power behind every movement.

The 510 mm stride length makes for a comfortable ride that suits every fitness level. The integrated wireless heart-rate receiver lets you follow your heart rate in real time, so you can adjust the intensity and reach your goals safely. The console has a multicolour backlit LCD screen with built-in support for smartphones and tablets, showing distance covered, elapsed time, calories burned, heart rate, speed, RPM and watts, so you can see your progress at a glance. A range of programmes – 1 manual, 10 presets, watt programmes, 4 HRC (heart-rate control) programmes and 5 user profiles – keeps you motivated and your training varied.

The footplates tilt across 3 positions (0°, 4°, 8°), so you can personalise the movement further. The elliptical is also compatible with the Kinomap and Zwift fitness apps (subscriptions not included), for interactive, engaging sessions exploring virtual routes and connecting with a global community of athletes – an effective and enjoyable way to reach your fitness goals.
