Train with comfortable shin and instep protection that moves with you. The RDX Sports Hosiery Foam Shin & Instep Guards combine a lightweight fabric construction with foam and integrated gel cushioning for kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai sessions. Their close-fitting hosiery design covers the shin and top of the foot, while elastic support helps hold the guards in place. Whether you are working through technical drills or controlled sparring, these RDX shin guards offer a practical combination of coverage, flexibility and moisture management for focused training.

Foam and gel cushioning for shin and instep

Supremo-Shock Foam helps absorb and spread impact, with integrated gel layers adding cushioning. The protective construction extends over the instep, bringing coverage to both areas in one guard. Lightweight carbon fibre fabric and an equilibrium sheet form part of the construction described by RDX for this model.

A close fit with room to move

Ayz-F elastic supports a snug fit, helping limit unwanted movement as you practise kicks and footwork. The MMT moisture-wicking lining helps manage perspiration for comfort during training. Together, the flexible fit and lightweight materials make these foam shin guards a practical choice when freedom of movement matters.

Why choose hosiery shin guards?

The hosiery-style sleeve sits close around the leg, offering a different feel from more structured, shell-style shin guards. It is useful for athletes who prefer flexible fabric coverage during technique work and partner training. Choose protection that suits your session and your coach's requirements, with a fit that stays secure without restricting movement.
