The Olympic Rubber Plate 20 kg is designed for lifters and training spaces that want to train safely, efficiently and professionally with loose weight plates. Its clever quad-grip design with 4 ergonomic handles makes the plate easy to pick up, carry and load onto the bar. The rubber outer layer helps limit noise on contact and protects equipment, walls and floors better during intensive strength work, which makes this 20 kg plate a strong choice for home gyms and commercial fitness spaces alike.

The integrated stainless steel sleeve gives a smooth fit on Olympic barbells with a 5 cm bore, while the slight dome on both faces makes the plate easier to lift off the floor. Finished in black rubber with a virtually odourless surface, it supports precise weight progression in strength training, functional workouts and free barbell work. This 20 kg Olympic rubber plate is ideal for anyone who values ease of use, grip and a tidy training space.
