The Olympic Barbell 220 cm Chrome is built for lifters and fitness professionals who want to train with heavy loads and maximum control through compound lifts. Precision-made from high-quality components, it suits intensive strength work in a home gym and professional use in studios and commercial fitness spaces alike. At 220 cm long with a high load rating, this barbell is ideal for heavy squats, deadlifts, presses and other basic movements.

The triple chrome finish helps protect the bar against rust, damage and flaking, while the 2 non-slip grips give extra purchase and control through heavy sets. Compatible with 5 cm Olympic weight plates, with 131 cm between the collars and a 40 cm collar length per side, it offers plenty of loading space and a stable base for a wide range of strength programmes.
