The Body-Solid KNTS10 Nylon Triceps Strap is a versatile cable attachment for anyone who wants to target their arm, shoulder and core work more precisely. Gyms tend to put the emphasis on biceps, but the triceps play a large part in developing strong, muscular arms overall. This triceps strap is designed for comfortable, controlled, safe training on cable stations and pulley machines. Its supple construction and pleasant grip make the KNTS10 ideal for beginners and experienced lifters alike, in home gyms and commercial fitness spaces.

The patented neoprene lining helps keep your hands comfortable through intensive sets and allows decent air circulation. The edges are finished so they don't pinch, cut or chafe while you train. The Body-Solid KNTS10 suits a wide range of exercises, including triceps press downs, ab crunches, bicep curls, triceps extensions and front and side deltoid raises, which makes this nylon triceps strap a sensible choice for varied cable work.
