The Best Fitness BFPL10 Preacher Curl & Leg Curl Accessory is a versatile expansion module for targeted arm and leg training on the Best Fitness BFFID10 bench. This accessory combines preacher curls and leg curls in one compact solution and has been developed to train the biceps, quadriceps and hamstrings effectively in a comfortable and stable position. Thanks to its clever construction, the BFPL10 helps to reduce the load on the elbows, supports a full range of motion and helps to limit unwanted strain on the lower back.

The angled construction and the low centre of gravity provide a safe and stable connection to the bench, while the adjustable parts help to match the exercise position closely to the body. The 10 cm high-density foam rollers support leg extensions and prone leg curls, and the removable preacher curl pad with 4.5 cm padding offers extra comfort during arm training. This accessory is ideal for athletes who want to expand their home strength training with targeted isolation exercises.
