Body-Solid Inversion Boots are designed for anyone wanting to let their body recover from the daily loading of running, aerobics, step training, cycling and strength work. By hanging in an inverted position, these inversion boots help reduce the downward pressure of gravity on the back, discs and muscles. That makes them particularly interesting for anyone looking for more decompression, mobility and relaxation through the back, neck and shoulders after intensive training.

The boots have thick, comfortable, anatomically shaped support pads for a stable, comfortable fit. A heavy-duty single-action locking mechanism with a built-in safety lever holds them firmly locked while in use. The additional pads supplied make the boots straightforward to adjust for different users. Body-Solid Inversion Boots are designed for use on a horizontal bar such as a pull-up bar or power rack, and make a practical addition to a home gym or a professional training space.
