Compound lifts are a foundation of strength training, helping you build strength and muscle efficiently and lose fat. The Inspire squat rack gives you a sturdy setup for these exercises, with seven bar positions and two movable safety spotters so you can train at a height that suits you. It has a maximum load of 270 kg and is built to feel stable under load.

The rack also includes an integrated pull-up bar rated for a maximum user weight of 120 kg. Its slightly curved shape helps you find a comfortable hand position for pull-ups.

Add a bench for more exercise options. Inspire recommends its training bench, which lets you add bench presses, shoulder presses and other movements to your home gym.

Four storage pegs hold 30 mm weight plates, with a maximum load of 90 kg per peg. Olympic plates with a 50 mm diameter also fit. There is also one storage position for a barbell. For best use of the rack, the recommended barbell length is at least 198 cm.
