The Inspire SF5 combines a functional trainer and counterbalanced Smith machine in one.

Two 73 kg weight stacks let you change resistance without swapping weight plates. Each pulley has a 2:1 ratio. If you need more resistance on the Smith machine, the built-in weight multiplier lets you double the selected load and use both stacks at once, up to 146 kg.

Keep weights close to hand

The SF5 has two storage racks for kettlebells and weights. Keep equipment off the floor and within easy reach. Each rack holds either four kettlebells or four sets of dumbbells.

Distinctive pull-up accessories

The multi-grip pull-up bar has a knurled surface for better grip. The SF5 also comes with two red climbing grips for pull-ups and chin-ups. Resistance-band pegs let you add assistance while building strength. You can also attach the supplied chin/dip belt to both pulleys for counterweighted pull-ups.

Double the resistance on the Smith bar

Move the weight multiplier at the side of the pulley to double the selected load, giving stronger users more resistance on the Smith bar.

A wide range of included accessories

The SF5 includes a tablet holder, accessory rack, storage for kettlebells and dumbbells, and up to 8 accessories for full-body training.
