The Inspire FT2 home gym is both a functional trainer and a Smith machine in one. What's clever about the FT2 is that it manages this without using weight plates: it works from the weight stacks on either side and an integrated barbell.

The Inspire FT2 lets you move in any direction you like, so you can train your body as effectively as possible. That freedom of movement has also made the FT2 a firm favourite in physiotherapy practices.

The Inspire FT2 has a full 75 kg of weight stacks on each side – a total of 150 kg of training weight. For smaller increments you can use the two lighter 2.3 kg weights, which hang on the magnetic weight pin. What makes the FT2 unusual is the option to connect the two adjustable pulleys to the red barbell, which doubles the training weight. If that still isn't enough, you can upgrade the FT2 to a standard 2 x 90 kg.

All the pulleys have a 1:2 ratio, so the actual weight is halved per pulley. Use both sides and it doubles again.
The machine comes complete with a training bench and every available accessory.
