Description

The top-class Inspire Series FID7 PRO adjustable weight bench offers exceptional versatility for a wide range of workouts. It has six back-pad settings, six mid-pad settings and four seat-pad settings. The innovative split back pad adjusts from 0° to 75°, supporting the lower back and helping reduce neck strain during shoulder presses. Its design also gives the shoulder blades more room to move during bench exercises.

A single sliding movement lets you change position with one hand. The bench is made from commercial-grade materials, with injection-moulded pads for added stability and comfort. Its steel frame and sturdy transport wheels provide security and durability, even during demanding training sessions.

The FID7 PRO works with a range of accessories and can be integrated directly into the Inspire Series FT2 PRO Smith Functional Trainer. This lets you perform leg extensions and leg curls using the FT2's weight stacks. Built-in wheels make it easy to move the bench into position during your workout.

Built to a high standard, the bench is designed to deliver years of reliable use. Your purchase also includes a Centr membership, with personal guidance through the app from Chris Hemsworth's team of trainers.
