The INSPIRE Dual Station Chin-Up is a first-class multi-gym in fitness quality, letting you train several muscle groups at once. Build your triceps and back muscles through exercises on the pull-up bar or the integrated dip handles.

Effective pull-ups for a strong back, and dips for the triceps

The high-quality pull-up bar lets you perform pull-ups properly – whether you're just starting out with pull-up training or you're already well practised. If you're starting out, use the easily folded platform as support and begin with assisted exercises. To make the start easier still, you can adjust the resistance on the weight stack and so reduce your effective body weight. That way your first pull-ups will certainly go well and your motivation stays high.

If you're already well trained and want more of a challenge, train with the platform folded away. Here too you can use the weight stack to control the intensity of your training. The lower the resistance, the more you train with your own body weight. Challenge yourself. Vary your pull-ups with the different grip options on the pull-up bar:

• Shoulder-width overhand pull-ups
• Narrow underhand pull-ups
• Wide underhand pull-ups
• Wide overhand pull-ups

Triceps training

Dip training is the challenge for your triceps. You can control the intensity of the exercise at the integrated dip station too. Increasing the resistance at the weight stack makes the dip easier, which suits anyone new to strength training. Lower the resistance and you train more and more with your own body weight, getting progressively stronger. Alternatively, fold the platform away and perform a completely free dip.

Dip training works the following muscle groups:

• Triceps
• Grip
• Anterior deltoid
• Pectoralis major
• Forearm muscles

Upgradeable weight stack on the Inspire DUAL Station Chin Up

The 45 kg stack can be upgraded to 60 kg. It works as an assistance stack, meaning physically weaker athletes or beginners take more weight and stronger athletes take less. Using the resistance of the weight stack together with the folding platform reduces your effective body weight. Conversely, you can use the rope to increase it. Adjusting the resistance on the stack is quick and straightforward with a pin. The large, non-slip footplates make for a comfortable start to your session.
