Description

The Inspire Dual Station Ab + Back is the ideal machine for working against back pain.

Training your back and abdominals together gives you the right conditions for good posture and an athletic figure. Alongside the back muscles, the abdominals play an important supporting role for your back.

Two exercises in one machine

For back training, simply lean against the pelvic support, adjustable in 5 directions, reach for the handle and pull yourself up with a straight back. The exercise engages all your back muscles properly.

Using the rope attached to the backrest, adjustable across 7 positions, you can work the abdominals thoroughly. Take hold of the rope and bend your upper body forward. The back pad keeps you in a stable position so you can perform the exercise under control.

Tablet holder for multimedia entertainment

On the front of the machine you'll find a tablet holder that takes your smartphone or tablet neatly. Watch your favourite films, or download the INSPIRE app for training videos showing you the correct movement.

Two weight stacks of 50 kg

The two independently working weight stacks, with a maximum training weight of 50 kg, let you build your training around your own level. The machine suits beginners too, including anyone focusing on healthy posture as much as on the muscles themselves.
