Concentrate the movement on the lower, middle or upper chest simply by changing the angle of the exercise slightly. Training with cables makes the movement far more effective than a traditional chest press, where the path is largely linear and fixed.

The shoulder press is one of the fundamental strength exercises and one of the most effective ways to build muscle across the shoulders. The free movement of the cables means secondary muscle groups have to help stabilise your body as you train. An added benefit is that it prevents overextending the shoulder and reduces the risk of injury. The triceps are worked hard too, so several muscle groups are engaged in a single movement.

Resistance on the Inspire DUAL Station comes from two fully independent weight stacks of 72.5 kg each. Because the stacks aren't connected, each side of your body has to work equally hard. That way both sides develop equally, so you build strength and muscle evenly.
