The Inspire BL1 Body Lift home gym is one of the most innovative home gyms on the market today. It uses your own body weight as resistance, adjustable from 10% to 150% of your total body weight.

The BL1 Body Lift gives you a straightforward system where the resistance level can be changed with just one hand.

Features of the Inspire BL1 gym

• Frame: heavy round steel tube
• Powder coating: the electrostatic powder coating gives a hard-wearing, maintenance-free finish
• Bearings: a precision steel ball bearing system keeps the action smooth and maintenance-free
• Pulleys: glass-fibre reinforced nylon
• Cables: tested to well over 900 kg
• Fixed and Cable Motion press station
• Accessories: curl bar and lat bar
• Height of the machine in use: 220 cm
• Maximum resistance: 150% of the user's body weight. So an 80 kg user has up to 120 kg of resistance available.
• Maximum user weight: 120 kg (so up to 180 kg of resistance).

Because both the seat and the backrest on the BL1 Body Lift are fully adjustable, you can set the exercises up more precisely around your own proportions. That in turn improves your range of movement, which ultimately benefits how your training develops.

What makes this home gym different

Picture a powerful, compact gym that lets you train without heavy weights. That's exactly what the Inspire BL1 BodyLift gym offers. For anyone after quality and convenience in their fitness routine, it's a gamechanger.

Its innovative design does away with the weight stack, which makes the BL1 BodyLift surprisingly light and yet remarkably effective. No more shifting heavy weights about. Instead the gym works through Inspire's cables, known for their quality but now available at a surprisingly low price. That means durability and reliability without stretching your budget.

Quiet is worth a great deal, particularly when you train at home. With the BL1 BodyLift there's no need to worry about noisy sessions disturbing anyone else. It's whisper-quiet, so you can concentrate on your performance without distraction.

Then there's the strength of bodyweight training itself. The BL1 BodyLift lets you work with up to 1.5 times your body weight to build and shape muscle. It offers a range of exercises that challenge you and deliver results, all using your own body weight as the resistance.

The BL1 Body Lift is solidly built too. Every part is made from high-quality materials and will give you years of trouble-free training. That's reflected in warranty terms that can fairly be called generous: lifetime on the frame, welds and parts.

Adjustable positions:

Virtually every user can find an ergonomic training position.

• The backrest adjusts across 6 positions
• The seat adjusts across 5 positions

A selection of the exercises available:

The BL1 Body Lift is the only gym on the market that makes virtually no noise while you train, because there are no iron weight blocks. That also makes it very compact and light, so it's easy to move.
