The adjustable steel frame has a 60 mm diameter and reinforcing brackets for added strength. Its black powder-coated finish matches the Cleveland backboard. Set the hoop to your preferred height and secure it with the locking mechanism. Fill the large black base with sand for extra stability during play. Filling the base with water is not recommended; if you do, you do so at your own risk.
