Train to your heart rate with this pre-assembled treadmill from Everfit. Open the box, unfold the treadmill and start running. After use it folds away completely and can be moved, so it stores either upright or flat somewhere out of the way - behind a bedroom door or under the bed, for example. The solid cushioning gives a smooth stride that goes easy on the joints.
