Model: CENTR x HYROX Urethane Dumbbell, fixed weight 10 kg (≈ 22 lb). Developed for functional and HYROX-focused training where consistent handling and wear resistance matter.

• Construction: steel core with double-welded heads for long-term structural stability.
• Outer layer: urethane coating, UV-resistant and hard-wearing; helps protect your floor and the dumbbell itself.
• Shape: six-sided anti-roll head limits rolling on a flat surface.
• Grip: straight knurled steel handle; the diameter is matched to control under moderate loads.
• Marking: clearly legible weight marking on the ends and sides.
• Finish: black with moulded numerals.
• Dimensions: proportionate to 10 kg; balanced head-to-handle length for a neutral wrist position (small tolerances possible).

Use: technique work, unilateral strength, conditioning blocks and accessory exercises including lunges, presses, rows, carries and snatches. The anti-roll profile keeps the dumbbell where you put it between sets.

Handling: the straight handle encourages repeatable placement, and the knurling gives grip through intensive sessions without being too aggressive.

Care & storage: set it down rather than dropping it; keep the handle clean and dry; store indoors and out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the urethane finish.

Scope of delivery: supplied as one 10 kg dumbbell.
