A light band works your mobility; a heavy one assists your pull-ups or makes squats and presses more demanding. That is why the Centr x HYROX Perform Series Latex Resistance Band is sold individually in seven levels, each with its own colour. It lets you put together exactly the combination your training calls for.
Features
- Seamless loop – a closed band with no joining seam, for use on a pull-up bar, rack, barbell or other suitable anchor point.
- Natural latex – designed for intensive, repeated use at home and in commercial gyms.
- Identifiable by level – every band has its own colour and is marked with its resistance range.
Resistance levels
Resistance is measured at 100% stretch. Each colour you choose is supplied as a single band.
| Colour | Resistance | Width |
|---|---|---|
| White | 2.3–6.8 kg | 6.4 mm |
| Light Grey | 6.8–15.9 kg | 13 mm |
| Cool Gray 8C | 11.3–29.5 kg | 22 mm |
| Dark Grey | 15.9–38.6 kg | 32 mm |
| Cool Gray 10C | 22.7–56.7 kg | 45 mm |
| Cool Gray 11C | 29.5–79.4 kg | 64 mm |
| Black | 38.6–104.3 kg | 83 mm |
Applications
The lighter levels lend themselves to mobility, activation and warm-ups. The middle levels assist pull-ups or add resistance to conditioning work. The heaviest bands are intended for strength work, for example in combination with a rack or barbell.
