Quick footwork and explosive jumps are best trained with kit you can rearrange in seconds. The Centr x HYROX Perform Series Hexagon Hurdles consist of six hexagonal hurdles that link together with five connectors, so every session can have a new layout.

Two ways to set them up

• Flat as an agility web – link the hexagons side by side or build your own grid for quick foot contacts, lateral movement and coordination drills.
• Upright as hurdles – set them in a row or spread them across the floor for two-footed jumps and obstacle courses.

Practical in use

The hurdles are made from light, impact-resistant polypropylene and fold down into a flat stack that takes up little storage space. Indoors you can lay them on wood, rubber or artificial turf; outdoors on grass, artificial turf or concrete. That makes them as usable in the gym as at an outdoor venue. The set suits everyone from beginners to competitive athletes, and works in commercial training facilities.
