Description

Box jumps are one of the quickest ways to build explosive power, but a hard wooden edge makes a missed rep painful. The Centr x HYROX Perform Series Foam Plyo Box takes a different approach: a soft box that you simply tip onto another side to change the jump height.

Why choose a foam plyo box?

  • Three heights per box – rest the box on a different side and you are training at a new height straight away, with no extra kit.
  • Shock-absorbing core – the EPE foam core gives way if you misstep or come up short.
  • Kind to your shins – a soft PVC cover wraps the whole box.
  • Grip on landing – the non-slip surface helps keep your feet where you put them.
  • The right height at a glance – clear height markings show which side you are training on.

How to use the box

Train box jumps, step-ups and other plyometric exercises, and raise the box as soon as your jump allows. That makes it suitable for a beginner's programme and for focused HYROX preparation alike. The box is built for repeated use in home gyms and commercial training spaces, including HYROX Training Zones, and arrives fully assembled.

Choose your size

  • Compact – 40.6 × 45.7 × 50.8 cm (16 × 18 × 20 in): jump heights 40.6, 45.7 and 50.8 cm; net weight 12.4 kg; maximum load 81 kg.
  • Performance – 50.8 × 61 × 76.2 cm (20 × 24 × 30 in): jump heights 50.8, 61 and 76.2 cm; net weight 17 kg; maximum load 120 kg.
