Our deluxe, hard-wearing Body-Solid yoga mats give you a stable, non-slip surface for every yoga exercise. A good mat takes your practice up a level. This soft, flexible mat is very light and easy to carry to and from class, and its low density keeps the weight down without sacrificing quality or grip.

The new BSTYM10 Premium Yoga Mat is designed to be as good-looking as it is practical. Made from high-density PVC, it stands up to frequent use and makes an ideal partner for any yoga session or training programme. The mat has a pre-printed centre line with repeating horizontal markings every 15 cm, for the better alignment and positioning plenty of exercises call for. The repeating decorative pattern also gives you specific reference points for placing parts of your body.
