Our Body-Solid engineers know a machine has to be powerful, comfortable and safe. From its heavy steel frame to its industrial bearings, the Body-Solid GLPH1100 Leg Press and Hack Squat is built to take the heaviest strength training for a lifetime. It spares your joints and bones while you work the quadriceps, calves and leg muscles. Three start/stop positions keep the user in control of the exercise, so you train with maximum safety.
Switching the machine over for different exercises really is very simple. Fold the backrest up, move the footrest to another position, and you're ready. A dream to train on for any athlete, and genuinely worthy of the Body-Solid name.
Please note: plates are optional
