The first and most efficient step in strength training is training with Body-Solid dumbbells. Because each arm carries the weight independently, your whole body has to work harder to move them. Your core keeps you balanced and a host of secondary muscle groups come into play. Your weaker arm also has to work just as hard as your stronger one, which minimises the difference in strength between the two.

The quality behind Body-Solid dumbbells

The Body-Solid Hexagon dumbbells are among the best on the market. Their exceptionally strong finish and solid build mean they're made to last a lifetime. Put these on a Body-Solid rack and you'll see the quality and convenience of hex dumbbells for yourself. The hexagonal shape keeps them where you put them, so they don't roll away.
