Description

Work leg extensions to develop the quadriceps and leg curls for the hamstrings. The GLDA3 Leg Developer Attachment is designed as an addition to the GFID71 bench.

The plate post on the GLDA3 is 25.4 mm, so standard 30 mm weight plates can be used with it. To use Olympic (50 mm) plates you'll need the OAS14 adapter. Weight plates and the adapter are available as options.

Maximum load for this leg developer is 60 kg.
