With a ladder-style backrest offering 6 positions (-15°, 0°, 25°, 45°, 60° and 80°) and a seat with 7 settings (-10°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45° and 60°), the GFID71B gives you complete flexibility across every kind of exercise, from shoulder presses to abdominal work.

Comfort and stability through every repetition

The DuraFirm™ upholstery keeps things comfortable, while the robust 2” x 3” frame in 11-gauge commercial steel guarantees stability and safety through the heaviest sessions. The backrest tilts with the seat as you adjust it, for an ideal position on movements such as bent-knee crunches.

Expandable with optional accessories

Supplied as standard with a T-bar leg hold-down for extra support. Extend your training with optional accessories such as the GLDA3 Leg Developer, GPCA1 Preacher Curl and GLRA81 Lat Row Attachment for a complete strength training set-up.

Easy to move and look after

Fitted with transport wheels for straightforward repositioning. The smart black finish (new for 2024) suits any professional training space.
