Professional cable crossover with maximum versatility

The Body-Solid GDCC250B Cable Crossover brings together exceptional training freedom and a hard-wearing, robust build. Its independent dual weight stack system lets you perform isolateral exercises with precise resistance – ideal for functional strength training.

This crossover gives you more than 20 exercises, including chest presses, shoulder raises, leg kickbacks, core twists and pull-ups. Adjustable cable heights (20 levels) and 180° rotating pulleys keep the movement frictionless in every direction, matched to your body and your training goal.

The frame is built from 11-gauge oval steel (50 x 100 mm) with a powder coating and reinforced nylon pulleys. The standard 2 × 72.5 kg weight stacks can be extended to 2 × 95 kg for heavier resistance using 2x item SP50 (sold separately).

The twin-position pull-up bar lets you alternate between chin-ups and pull-ups, while accessories such as cable bars and handles widen your options further.
