Advanced leg training for every level

The Body-Solid GCEC340B is a versatile leg extension and leg curl machine that lets you train the quadriceps and hamstrings effectively – all from one comfortable seated position. Its adjustable 7-gauge steel cam mechanism makes it easy to set the starting position to suit your height and your training goal.

Switching between exercises

The easy jumbo pop-pin lets you move between leg extensions and leg curls without effort. For leg curls, pull the pop-pin up and set the lever arm in a higher position. Sit down, place your legs over the 20 cm thick foam rollers and push down. For leg extensions, lower the lever arm, put your legs behind the rollers and extend to work the quadriceps.

Comfort and durability throughout

The seat and backrest have thick DuraFirm™ pads that sit comfortably and are built to stand up to intensive use. The oversized 20 cm foam rollers add stability through the exercises and are straightforward to clean – ideal for busy training spaces or home use.

Robust design for the long term

Its solid construction in heavy 7-gauge steel makes this machine well suited to home and professional use alike. The 25 mm weight post takes standard plates, and can be extended with an optional adapter for Olympic plates (not included).
