Leg training has never been as quick or efficient as with the Body-Solid GCEC340B Cam Series Leg Extension & Leg Curl. The two most important leg exercises can now be done from one comfortable position.

The fully adjustable solid steel CAM adjustment is a real pleasure to use.
Just pull the large safety pin and set the arm to a comfortable starting position. Sit down and rest your legs on the 20 cm wide rollers. Press the arm down to work the hamstrings. Pull the safety pin again and move the arm so your legs sit under the rollers, and you can work the quadriceps with seated leg extensions.

This machine takes 25 mm weight plates. The photo shows it with the OAS14 Olympic adapter sleeve, which lets you use 50 mm plates. Weight plates and spring collars are available as options.
