Body-Solid BSTART Ankle Cuff Resistance Tubes have softly padded 2" wide ankle cuffs, a durable outer casing and a hook-and-loop fastening for a precise, secure fit while you train. Mobility is the point here: they let you work in several directions – forwards, backwards, diagonally and laterally – for complete freedom of movement. They're a fully adjustable, portable way to develop speed, agility and reaction time, strengthen the lower body and perform a range of rehabilitation exercises.

Use them to raise the difficulty and effectiveness of your endurance work, squats, star jumps, hip abduction and adduction, leg raises, glute kickbacks and a good deal more.

The tubes are available in five colour-coded resistance levels: yellow (very light), green (light), red (medium), blue (heavy) and black (very heavy).
