BLACKROLL® Loop Bands are ideal for training smaller muscle groups. At 32 centimetres long, they also lend themselves well to rehabilitation work. Use them to build stability through the body and reduce your chance of injury. The natural rubber is wrapped in a skin-friendly fabric, so you get all the benefits of training with resistance bands without the unpleasant feel of rubber against the skin – which makes training with a BLACKROLL loop band a good deal more comfortable.

General guidance for training with a BLACKROLL loop band

• Use the free BLACKROLL® Training app during your sessions
• Check the bands for damage before every session and only use them if they're in perfect condition
• Start with a lighter resistance until you have every exercise fully under control. After that you can move to a heavier resistance and/or more reps per set
• Perform every exercise correctly and at the right tempo
• Breathe calmly and regularly while you train
• Breathe out during the hardest part of the movement
• Avoid holding your breath
• Stop training immediately if you feel pain
• If you have an injury or a history of injury, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before you start training
