The Body-Solid Tools KMB022A Aluminium Straight Bar 50 cm is built for lifters who want more control, a lighter starting weight and a smooth movement path in cable work. This straight cable bar fits virtually any cable or pulley machine and suits exercises such as triceps press downs, straight bar curls, upright rows and arm pullovers. A light aluminium construction and a smoothly rotating centre point let you train comfortably and under control, in a home gym or a commercial fitness space alike.

The KMB022A Aluminium Straight Bar is made from high-grade aluminium with a diameter of 3.1 cm and sits comfortably in the hand thanks to its knurled grips. Compared with plenty of steel cable handles, this aluminium bar weighs less in itself, which helps with precise execution and gives you more control over the exercise. The rotating, pivoting centre section supports a consistent, smooth, uninterrupted movement on every rep.
