My elliptical trainer is making a creaking sound, what could be causing this?

If the cross trainer has been in use for some time, a creaking noise is caused by bolts in the upright tube (the bar leading to the display). If there is a protective cap, lift it up to expose the bolts. Loosen the bolts and then tighten them firmly again. If the problem persists, you can try some Loctite.

The pedal of my exercise bike makes a clicking sound with every revolution. How can I fix this?

A clicking sound from a pedal with every rotation is due to the pedal not being tightened sufficiently. Ensure the pedal is mounted squarely on the crank arm and use a good, sturdy open-end wrench to tighten it. Note - tighten both pedals FORWARD. The left pedal therefore has a reverse thread.

I can't find the Schwinn Trainer app

The Schwinn Trainer app is indeed no longer available. It has now been replaced by the app Explore the World by Bowflex. Creating an account is free. There are payment options for routes, but this is far from mandatory. With the free account, you can monitor your heart rate during your workout. After your workout is completed, you can save this data and, for example, export it to the Apple Health Kit.

The Nautilus Trainer app is indeed no longer available. It has now been replaced by the app Explore the World by Bowflex. Creating an account is free. I can't pair my Nautilus or Schwinn fitness equipment via Bluetooth

With the current generation of fitness equipment, you no longer connect via your smartphone or tablet settings. This is now managed within the app itself.

How do I change the display on my Nautilus or Schwinn screen from Miles to km?

When the console is started for the first time, the date, time, and your preference for units of measurement must be set.

  1. Date: Press the Up and Down keys to adjust the current active value (which is blinking). Press the Left/Right keys to change the selection of the current active value (month/day/year).
  2. Press OK to set.
  3. Time: Press the Up and Down keys to adjust the current active value (which is blinking). Press the Left/Right keys to change the selection of the current active value (hour/minutes/AM or PM).
  4. Press OK to set.
  5. Units of Measurement: Press the Up and Down keys to choose between 'MILES' (imperial) or 'KM'
    (metric).
  6. Press OK to set. The console will return to the Startup/Standby screen.
