We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on orders over €40. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €8.95. Shipping to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain is also possible. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the product. These costs will be shown during checkout.

Parcels and pallets with DHL.

We ship all our pallets and parcels with DHL.

Smaller parcels can also be delivered to a service point near you. This means you do not have to stay at home and can collect your parcel at your own convenience. You can select this option during checkout, and you can also choose the service point yourself.

You will receive a track & trace link via the email address you provided so you can follow your shipment. Within the Netherlands, our carriers deliver approximately 98% of shipments within one working day, and for parcels up to 20 kg, Saturday is considered a standard delivery day. If you place an order with us before 16:00, we will ship it the same day. For example, if you order a parcel weighing less than 20 kg on Friday at 15:30, you will receive it on Saturday. Within Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, DHL takes an average of two working days to deliver your shipment.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can use the track & trace information to indicate that you would like to receive the parcel at another time. DHL FOR YOU and BPOST will attempt delivery up to 4 times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, DHL or BPOST will deliver the parcel the following day to a nearby DHL or BPOST ServicePoint. DHL or BPOST will leave a card in your mailbox. Using the code on this card, you can check via track & trace where your parcel will be delivered. Via PostNL, you can choose your preferred delivery moment through the app.

We ship larger parcels and pallets through DHL’s business network (DHL EUROPLUS and DHL Freight). By default, they make two delivery attempts. Please note: DHL delivers to the first door on the ground floor only. Deliveries are made on working days between 08:00 and 18:00. If delivery is unsuccessful, you can always contact us to arrange an additional delivery attempt in consultation. If that also fails, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest terminal. You can collect it there between 07:00 and 19:00.
