You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax, or email). For this purpose, you may use the NRG model withdrawal form or the European model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Returns and return shipping costs
For returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, the return options described below apply. For all other European countries to which we ship, returns are free of charge for products weighing up to 10 kg. For products weighing more than 10 kg, you must contact us in advance so that we can inform you of the applicable return shipping costs. These return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg via NRG
If you register your return with us first, you can make use of our return label or a pick-up service. Please note: these options are optional. You may also return the item on your own initiative via a carrier of your choice to our return address.

Option 1: we will send you a DHL shipping label free of charge. You must print this yourself. You can then drop off your parcel at a DHL parcel shop in the Netherlands or a BPOST collection point in Belgium. If you use our return label, please note that the risk of the return shipment remains with you as the consumer. If the product is lost during the return process, this is at your own risk. We therefore recommend that you insure your shipment (for higher order values) and keep proof of shipment.

Option 2: we will arrange a free pick-up at the address you specify. Please note – your product can only be collected during the day (between 08:00 and 18:00). To make this easier, you may also provide an address other than your home address, and we will take care of the rest.
We can only arrange a pick-up if the parcel weighs more than 31 kg or its dimensions exceed 2 m x 1 m x 1 m.

Send us an email at orders@nrgfitness.nl with your address details, order number, and your preferred return option, and we will respond within 24 hours (business days only). If, without prior notice, you wish to return the products on your own initiative (for example via a carrier of your choice), the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. The costs for large parcels that cannot be returned by regular post are approximately €75. Even when returning on your own initiative, the risk of the return shipment remains with you as the consumer until the parcel has arrived with us. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment and consider insurance for higher order values.
